PCB Layout CAD : PCB Settings

Object (PCB)

The Objects settings allow you to set the default value for each object, unit and grid interval for PCB design.
Settings are always inherited, so the current settings are displayed.
Even when changes are made from Property while drawing, it is interlocked and changed.

Object Settings
Item Description

Creation Mode

You can confirm and change the creation mode of the currently active sheet.
It can be saved as the default value for new drawings, and is linked to the Property Window.

Unit

You can confirm and change the unit system of the currently active sheet. Select either "mm, "mil", or "inch".
It is linked to the Status Bar.

Grid

You can confirm and change the GRID value of the currently active sheet.
It is linked to the Status Bar.

Saving Settings

Settings can be saved and read. For more details, refer to Default Environment.
