Automatic Renewal Service
Automatic Renewal Service is a service that automatically renew your license before its expiration date. A license renewal order will be automatically placed 14 days before your license expires. If you choose credit card as your payment method, your payment will be automatically processed and your license will be renewed at the time when the order is placed. You can prevent unexpected license expiration as your license will be automatically renewed before it expires.
Automatic Renewal Service Outage（ From September 26, 2022 ）
From September 26, 2022, the current payment system will be upgraded to support the new version (2.0) of 3D Secure, an identity authentication system to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards.
Accordingly, automatic renewal service for dollar settlement will be suspended after September 26, 2022.
However, manually renewing licenses is continuously available on "Quadcept Manager".
